On 8 September 1998, the new European Research Papers Archive (ERPA)
has been launched at this URL:

ERPA is a continuously updated database for online working papers in the
field of  European integration research.

It provides access to the archives of the following working paper series:

1. the Harvard Jean Monnet Chair papers,
2. the online publications on European research of the European University
   Institute in Florence (Academy of European Law and Robert Schuman Centre),
3. the working papers and discussion papers of the Max Planck Institute
   for the Study of Societies in Cologne,
4. and the European Integration online Papers (EIoP).

This powerful search-engine allows searches for authors, paper titles,
publication dates, keywords, fulltext, or any combination of these.
Furthermore, "Quick Search" updates you on the latest entries in the
